After-sales CVT parts of automatic motorcycles will affect the life of the V-belt.
If after-sales CVT parts are used, the V-belt breaks faster.
Whether it is a pulley fan or a double buffer bowl in the aftermarket, there are many assumptions that the service life of the V-belt will be shortened after installation.
Is this assumption correct?
"If you use aftermarket or racing CVT parts, because it will not affect the V-belt itself," Dody continued.
According to Dody, if someone replaces the pulley and the V-belt becomes brittle, this is the wrong setting.
He added: “For example, if the front pulley is not too tight, it may cause irregular movement of the V-belt, thereby shortening the life of the V-belt.”
