Description
The Double Sided Poly V Belt is a new type of transmission belt developed by combining the lengths of the timing belt and the multi-ribbed belt, that is, one side is synchronous transmission and the other side is friction transmission. The tooth profile of the synchronous belt surface of the Double Sided V Belt developed by the institute is designed as R-shaped arc teeth. The tooth profile angle gradually increases from the tooth root to the tooth tip, which further improves the meshing between the belt teeth and the belt wheel and reduces the stress concentration of the belt teeth.

How to choose
1 Select the correct model should be compatible with the selected Classical wrapped V-belt, otherwise it will be abnormal in the pulley groove. When changing to a V-belt, bring the old belt to the Agricultural Machinery Department to buy it to prevent mistakes in the model.
2 Before installing correctly, install the V-belt, use the same method to install a set of V-belts.
3 To prevent the installation of belt pulleys in series grooves, the centers of the two upper pulleys must be aligned, otherwise it will cause the Classical wrapped V-belt to work unilaterally, severely wear, and reduce the service life of the V-belt.
