1. In transportation and storage, the conveyor belt should be kept clean to avoid direct sunlight or rain and snow, to prevent contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents and other substances, and one meter away from the heating device.
2. Store temperature should be kept at 18-40 C, and relative humidity should be maintained at 50-80%.
3. During storage, the product must be placed in rolls, not folded, and should be rolled once every season during placement.
4. Conveyor belts of different types and layers of specifications are not suitable for joining together. The best way to connect them is to use adhesive bonding.
5. The type, structure, specification and number of layers of conveyor belt should be selected according to the use conditions.
6. The running speed of conveyor belt should not exceed 2.5 m/s. The material with large fragmentation and abrasion and the unloading device with fixed pear should adopt low speed as far as possible.
7. The relationship between the diameter of the driving drum and the distribution of the conveyor belt, the matching of the driving drum and the reversing drum, and the requirement of the groove angle of the supporting rollers should be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the conveyor.
8. The feeding direction should follow the running direction of the belt, chute should be adopted to reduce the impact of the belt when the material drops, and the distance of material dropping should be reduced.
