Step 1. Before using the repair strip, the surface of the damaged conveyor belt should be roughened with a sander or rubber file.
Step 2. Mix SC2002 and curing agent UT-R40 in a ratio of 100:4, and the mixed SC2002 should be used up within 2 hours.
Step 3. Use a brush to paint the mixed SC2002 on the damaged surface of the conveyor belt, first paint the first time, and then paint the second time after it is completely dry.
Step 4. At the same time that the surface of the conveyor belt is painted for the second time, the CN layer of the repair strip is also painted.
(The repair strip with CN layer only needs to be painted once and mixed SC2002)
Step 5. When the second time is dry and slightly sticky (not sticking to the back of the hand), stick the repair strip on the surface to be repaired.
Step 6. Pay attention to squeeze out the air bubbles when pasting the repair strip. You need to use a compaction roller to roll from the middle to the outside, and then use a rubber hammer to beat it firmly.
Step 7. Finally, along the edge of the repair strip, brush the mixed SC2002 with a brush to cover the edge of the repair strip.
Step 8. After fully drying, it can be turned on and run after 2 hours.
